  •  General Wellness Check-Ins: 4th Trimester support for both mother and father — available by phone or virtually — focusing on emotional wellness, adjustment, and practical resources.

Postpartum Support 

​ The journey doesn’t end after birth — it transforms. The 4th trimester is a time of healing, adjustment, and discovery for both parent and baby. Our 1-on-1 Postpartum Wellness Check-ins provide compassionate guidance and emotional support to help you navigate these early weeks with confidence and care.

  •  One-on-One Support Calls: Receive 1-hour phone check-ins with a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMHC) professional 

  •  Emotional Wellness Focus: A safe, judgment-free space to talk about your postpartum experience — from the highs to the challenges.

  •  Resource Guidance: Gain insight into trusted postpartum and parenting resources that meet your specific needs.

  • Community Connection: Get access to new parent support networks and communities to help you feel supported and seen.

  •  Continued Care: Ongoing check-ins available through 12 weeks postpartum, helping you adjust, heal, and thrive — whether this is your first baby or your third.
